Warranty policy

1. Overview

Atona Store stands behind the quality of the products we sell. We offer warranty coverage on eligible electronic and home products as detailed in this policy, in addition to and without limiting your statutory rights under applicable law in your country.

Beauty and personal care products are not covered by a product warranty but are subject to our Refund and Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers electronic and home products against defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use. Covered defects include:

  • Failure to power on or charge without physical damage caused by the customer
  • Malfunctioning buttons, screens, or internal components under normal use
  • Hardware failures not caused by liquid damage or physical impact
  • Manufacturing defects that affect the product's core functionality

3. Warranty Duration

Product Category Warranty Period
Consumer Electronics (general) 12 months from date of delivery
Home Gadgets & Devices 12 months from date of delivery
Electronic Accessories (cables, adapters, etc.) 6 months from date of delivery
Beauty Devices with Electronic Components 12 months from date of delivery

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. Some products may carry an additional manufacturer's warranty that extends beyond the above periods.

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised modifications or third-party repairs
  • Physical damage including cracked screens, dents, or broken housings
  • Liquid or moisture damage
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches or battery degradation over time
  • Consumable components (e.g., batteries) after the first 6 months of use
  • Products with tampered or removed serial numbers

Important: Any attempt to repair a product yourself or through an unauthorised service centre will void this warranty.

5. UK Customers — Statutory Warranty Rights

UK customers are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Within 30 days: Right to a full refund if the product is faulty.
  • 30 days to 6 months: Right to repair or replacement. If neither is possible, a refund may be offered.
  • After 6 months: You must demonstrate the fault existed at the time of purchase; we remain obligated to provide a remedy.

6. US Customers — Statutory Warranty Rights

US customers may have rights under federal and state laws, including implied warranties under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Our warranty does not disclaim any implied warranty to the extent prohibited by applicable state law.

7. International Customers

Your local consumer protection laws may grant you warranty rights beyond those described in this policy. We will always honour your statutory rights under applicable local law.
