At Atona Store, we are committed to delivering your electronics, home, and beauty products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders to customers worldwide. By placing an order with Atona Store, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide to most countries and territories. During checkout, available shipping destinations will be displayed based on your location. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@atonastore.com and we will do our best to assist you.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the shipping method selected. The exact cost will always be displayed before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden fees.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or during promotional periods. Where applicable, this will be shown automatically at checkout.
4. Order Processing Times
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Processing includes payment verification, quality inspection, and packaging.
- Standard Processing: 1–3 business days
- Peak Periods (holidays, promotions): Up to 5 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, high demand periods, or other factors outside our control.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Your order may pass through customs before reaching you. This is a standard part of international shipping and is already accounted for in our delivery timeframes.
Please be aware that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at support@atonastore.com.
8. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Orders
Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@atonastore.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, will reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Delayed Orders
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
9. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Atona Store is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@atonastore.com. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
